- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Passover mustard
- Make Homemade Mayonnaise. Whisk in lemon zest, juice, honey and mustard. Refrigerate until ready to use.
