

Poolside Peach smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 cut chopped peach, frozen is fine
- ½ a banana
- ½ cup of pineapple
- ½ cup of mango (frozen mango is better)
Instructions
- With a blender, nutra-bullet or immersion blender, blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
