This is a meringue torte so its light and filled with chocolate and walnuts. Its deceptively moist and speckled (kinda tweedy) and has no flour or egg yolks. It’s gluten free too. I like it with some whipped pareve cream on top.
This is best made a day or two ahead of times. I love the flavor combination and serve it with mashed potatoes or quinoa.
Nut cakes are so traditional on Passover. I like to have this one around for breakfast so that people can start their day with something delicious. Cake for breakfast on Passover is much better than Passover cereal
